Rates & Reservations
Our Motel: Our recently renovated and updated motel units are available throughout the year. Units on the ground level and second level offer spacious, private, screened-in porches. Our suites on the water level also offer access to a patio. Relax while you enjoy the sunshine and cool breeze! All motel units are approximately 10 to 15 feet off the water and offer panoramic views of Lake Winnisquam and the surrounding mountains.
Rental units are available with various sleeping options: One king-size bed, a king-size bed with sleeper sofa, or two double beds. Units are equipped with mini fridges, microwaves, coffee pots, high speed internet and cable, and optional kitchenettes fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Our Cottages: Cottages are available throughout the year and are some of the nicest available on Lake Winnisquam. 
All cottages are directly on the water or have lake views. They offer a wide range of features including, knotty pine, granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, flat screen TVs, dvd players, cable, gaming systems, kitchens equipped with full size refrigerators, trash disposals, microwaves, toaster ovens, coffee pots, on-demand hot water, French doors, private decks, screened in porches, and ice cold air conditioning. Each cottage is unique in their own way so please give us a call so that we can find the one that is right for you.
